Delivery Information

We only post orders within the UK.  At the moment we do not ship to other countries.

We always aim to post your order as quickly as possible, but please note that during busier periods this may take slightly longer. We will keep you updated with dispatch times in the banner at the top of the website

All orders are posted via Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Tracked 48.  Tracking details will be provided to all customers once your order has been posted.  Please note that the delivery timescales are EXCLUDING order processing times.  

Customers living in the Norfolk area can also arrange to collect their order.  The primary collection point for orders is The Norfolk Gift Company Ltd, 11 High Street, Watton, Norfolk, IP25 6AB.  The shop is open Tuesday - Saturday (9am - 5pm).  

I am usually in the workshop on a Monday - you can collect from there instead if that is easier for you.  The address is Unit 9 Ventura House, Norwich Road, Watton, IP25 6DW.    

You will be notified via email as soon as your order is ready for collection - please do not attempt to collect your order until you have received confirmation that it is ready.  We will always attempt to ensure your order is ready within 24 hours of ordering, however this may be longer during busy periods.
